Committee Meetings

HCYPAA holds monthly Committee Meetings where the Conference and supporting Events are discussed and planned. These meetings typically occur on the last Sunday of the month at 4pm at the Primary Purpose Group and last about an hour or so. Usually the meetings consist of progress reports and discussion about the planning of the Conference and other Events.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend these Committee Meetings and participate. HCYPAA needs your participation to have a successful conference. You will probably have fun, and getting involved is good service work. Special positions (Chairs) are elected to oversee and be responsible for various duties. Below is a listing of current positions and their occupants:
