This year's Texas State Conference of Young People in AA is being held in Houston on Halloween Weekend October 29th - 31st at the Crowne Plaza Hotel down by Reliant Center. More information and online registration can be found at the TXSCYPAA XXX website

HCYPAA XXIII

The Theme for HCYPAA XXIII will be "Hi, my name is..." and is scheduled to be held on the weekend of July 30th through August 1st, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown.

You can still register online using our online registration form. Hotel rooms for the Conference weekend can be booked by calling the Hyatt at 713-654-1234. The HCYPAA hotel room rate is $89/night, so be sure to tell them that you are with HCYPAA when booking your room to take advantage of this great rate. Help us spread the word by printing out this pre-registration flyer.

The Conference Program is now available with a Conference schedule, room directory and other information.

Scavenger Hunt - March 21st

HCYPAA Photo Scavenger Hunt Extravaganza will be held on Sunday, March 21st. The fun starts at noon at the Spring Branch Club where we will gather and go over the rules etc before heading out on the hunt as teams of 4. Then we'll meet back up at the Spring Branch Club at 4pm to listen to Bob W. with 31 years sharing his experience strength and hope with us while the points are tallied. For more information and for outreach purposes, I am attaching the Event Flier, so be sure to download it, print it out, and spread the word to encourage a good turnout.

Thanksgiving Event - November 29th

HCYPAA will having a Thanksgiving Turkey Blowout Event at the Champions Club on Sunday, November 29th.

We will start the evening off with Gratitude speakers at 6pm, followed by a potluck dinner (Call Madeline if you can bring a dish - her number is on the flyer). We are asking for people to bring canned food donations for admission. I am attaching the Event Flier below, so be sure to download it, print it out, and spread the word to encourage a good turnout.
