Pool Party Event - July 13th

We will be having a Pool Party Event on Sunday, July 13th at 12203 Chadwell, Houston, TX 77031. The Event will start with a Picnic and Games from 3 to 5pm, followed by a pool part from 5 to 7pm. Tickets will be $8 for pre-sale and $10 at the event. For more information you can download this flier. Please print out this flier and outreach the event in meetings.

ICYPAA 50 - July 3rd - 6th

The 50th International Conference of Young People in AA will be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 4th weekend. Here is a link to the ICYPAA flier for more information about the conference and for outreach purposes, and you can go their website at www.50thicypaa.org where you can register online.

Also, there are a group of Texan YPAA's that will be presenting a bid at this year's ICYPAA, so we need Houston YPAA's to show up and support the bid to bring ICYPAA back to Texas. Go to www.texasicypaa.org for more information about our ICYPAA bid

TCYPAA on the Frio - November 16 - 18

Come to the Frio River this November! The November Frio is a unique chance to enjoy the amazingly cool weather while experiencing the usual fun and fellowship you find every 3 months. For anyone who has never been to a Frio, it truly is an awesome conference. There will be lots of AA going on, and it is a good excuse to get out of the city and relax in the country.

Texas ICYPAA Bid

Some members of the HCYPAA bid are getting together with other YPAA's in Texas to prepare a Bid Proposal to bring the International Conference of Young People in AA to Texas. You can visit the Texas ICYPAA Bid website for more information about how you can get involved. In particular, you can come the This Year's ICYPAA Conference to help represent Texas YPAA's and be there for our bid presentation. The conference is being held August 30th - September 2nd.
