HCYPAA will hold its annual Halloween Event at the Spring Branch Club.

We will start the evening off with John B. telling his story at 8pm, followed by lots of dancing and spooky festivities! I am attaching the Event Flier below, so be sure to download it, print it out, and spread the word to encourage a good turnout.

This will be the first Committee Meeting for the HCYPAA 2009 Conference, so we will be electing new co-officers and other important positions. Show up and get involved in some service!

We will be having a Pool Party Event on Sunday, July 13th at 12203 Chadwell, Houston, TX 77031. The Event will start with a Picnic and Games from 3 to 5pm, followed by a pool part from 5 to 7pm. Tickets will be $8 for pre-sale and $10 at the event. For more information you can download this flier. Please print out this flier and outreach the event in meetings.

The 50th International Conference of Young People in AA will be held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 4th weekend. Also, there are a group of Texan YPAA's that will be presenting a bid at this year's ICYPAA, so we need Houston YPAA's to show up and support the bid to bring ICYPAA back to Texas. Go to www.texasicypaa.org for more information about our ICYPAA bid
