Saturday, March 4 the Houston Conference of Young People in AA will be hosting its annual Mardi Gras Event! The party is going down at Maximum Plaza, 6640 Long Point. Speaker meeting at 8 pm, and a dance until 12am. Festivities to include a King Cake Eating Contest (weight classes will be strictly enforced).

January Committee Meeting
Hi Everyone!
It's that time of the month again. On Sunday, January 22nd at 4pm at the Men's Center we have another HCYPAA Committee Meeting. We signed a contract with the Hyatt Downtown so we have a date for the conference and we will be electing a new raffel chair, a March event chair, and will discuss the Spirit of Houston Conference, and the SETA conference.
Also, after the meeting we are going to Luby's (on West Gray) for dinner and some fellowship!!

The Houston Conference of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous is happy to announce that we have signed a contract with the Hyatt Regency Downtown, and will be hosting HCYPAA XIX on July 28th-30th 2006.

Outreach for the Week of December 19th
Tonight (monday) we would like to have as many people as possible come up to Diedrichs On Westhiemer, then head over to the Right Step for our weekly outreach. We will be there at 6:30 and will have New Years Eve Flyers to give out so please come and pick them up. Remember to be announcing the event and the committee at every meeting you go to! HCYPAA New Year's Eve Event
HCYPAA is proud to bring you the New Year's Eve event entitled, The New Year's Eve Event. We will be hosting the party at Serenity Group in The Woodlands. Festivities will include a DJ, poker tournament, prizes, fireworks, and a pinata. Doors open at 9:30 pm.
The cost is $7 per person, or $10 per couple. The poker tournament has a $20 entry fee and seats are limited. It is advised to pre-purchase your entries. To purchase entries, call the pinata, I mean Bryan S. - 832.661.0942
Snowball Week
To ramp up to An Evening of Letters, HCYPAA will be attending the following meetings the Week of December 11-17. We will be Meeting at Diedrich's on Westheimer one hour before the meeting starts. Come help us spread the message by attending as many meeting as you can.
