HCYPAA XXIII

The Theme for HCYPAA XXIII will be "Hi, my name is..." and is scheduled to be held on the weekend of July 30th through August 1st, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown.

You can still register online using our online registration form. Hotel rooms for the Conference weekend can be booked by calling the Hyatt at 713-654-1234. The HCYPAA hotel room rate is $89/night, so be sure to tell them that you are with HCYPAA when booking your room to take advantage of this great rate. Help us spread the word by printing out this pre-registration flyer.

The Conference Program is now available with a Conference schedule, room directory and other information.

Crawfish Boil - April 18th

Show up for all-you-can-eat crawfish, a volleyball tournament, and some fellowship at a park kinda at Barker Cypress and I-10 on Sunday, April 18th starting at about 1pm. Check out the Event Flier for directions and more information.

Scavenger Hunt - March 21st

HCYPAA Photo Scavenger Hunt Extravaganza will be held on Sunday, March 21st. The fun starts at noon at the Spring Branch Club where we will gather and go over the rules etc before heading out on the hunt as teams of 4. Then we'll meet back up at the Spring Branch Club at 4pm to listen to Bob W. with 31 years sharing his experience strength and hope with us while the points are tallied. Battle of the Sexes - February 7th

Which is the greater sex? Find out at 1pm on Sunday, February 7th at Waugh Park (aka Spotts Park, aka that park on along Memorial at Waugh near downtown) when we will be meeting up for an afternoon of fun and male vs. female games. Come to the Kingwood Club to ring in the New Year with HCYPAA! The party starts at 9:30 with Speaker Kim D. telling her story. Thanksgiving Event - November 29th

HCYPAA will having a Thanksgiving Turkey Blowout Event at the Champions Club on Sunday, November 29th.

We will start the evening off with Gratitude speakers at 6pm, followed by a potluck dinner (Call Madeline if you can bring a dish - her number is on the flyer). Kickball Event - July 5th

We will be having a Kickball Tournament at Spotts Park at Waugh and Memorial on Sunday, July 5th at 2pm that you may be interested in attending. Not only will there be kickball but there will also be a 100 yard slip-n-slide and food!! If you have any questions about this events please see the event flier.

Beach Party - May 10th

Come down to Galveston for the HCYPAA Beach Party on May 10th starting at 12 noon. There will be hotdogs, volleyball, and some girl is gonna tell her story. Click Here for a flyer with directions and other information. Print the flyer out and take it with you to meetings to outreach this event.

Mardi Gras Crawfish Boil - March 7th

New Year's Eve Party - December 31st

HCYPAA will hold its annual New Year's Eve Party down in Webster at the Up The Street Club Cheri K. from Alvin will tell her story at 8pm, then we will have a potluck dinner, followed by an 80's dance to ring in 2009. Admission is $10 at the door, or $8 if you come in 80's clothes.

Pool Party Event - July 13th

We will be having a Pool Party Event on Sunday, July 13th at 12203 Chadwell, Houston, TX 77031. The Event will start with a Picnic and Games from 3 to 5pm, followed by a pool part from 5 to 7pm.
